Banana Maple Nut Smoothie
1 Banana
2 cups Almond Milk plus extra if needed
2 heaped tablespoons Nut Butter (Almond, cashew, etc)
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Ice Cubes ( optional)
METHOD
Put banana, almond milk, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ice cubes into blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve.
