PAPAYA TROPIKALE SMOOTHIE
Papaya Tropikale Smoothie
Feeling like something tropical and boosted with goodness, try this papya tropikale smoothie. Smoothies are a thick and creamy drink made from fruits, vegetables and in my case non dairy substitutes like plant based milks and yogurt.
Smoothies are so full of goodness and can make a great meal replacement. Sometimes we can’t eat in the mornings or we are just too busy to eat, but I know with myself you can slowly sip away at a smoothie and feel content and relaxed. The best way to consume a smoothie is to slowly sip and chew to get the digestive juices ready to break down all it’s nutrients.
Kale is nutrient dense and has vitamin C and K, can help reduce cholesterol. Papaya is great for immunity and digestion, and pineapple is rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. Matcha green tea also rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce the redness associated with chronic skin conditions.
Choc full of goodness and so delicious, it’s like bringing the tropics to your tastebuds even if there’s no sunshine outside. It’s smooth and creamy and something to enjoy all year round. Give the papaya tropikale smoothie the taste test and see what you think.
