Hummus with seed crackers. 
Being on this program  for the last few weeks has been kind of hard for me. As you know I’m grainfree and I don’t eat legumes and at the moment it seems that both are on the menu. When I talk grains I’m talking about rice, quinoa and buckwheat (I haven’t had the quinoa or buckwheat yet!) I think I will keep with the rice, it has no affect on me that I’ve noticed yet. And as far as legumes go I am thinking of keeping chickpeas and maybe beans like cannellini and butter beans. I will also at times be using sheep or goat cheese too, as far as dairy goes! I’ve noticed over these last few weeks my brain fog is lifting, my moods are more stable(I’m not stressing or crying or feeling out of control anymore) and some of my food allergies have gone, so now I can use onion and garlic. And I’m sleeping better. I’ve introduced healthier carbs which are not paleo but as a woman I feel I need! So I’ll continue in this direction and I will have a category on my website soon which will include recipes with rice and legumes. I am mostly grainfree, I don’t intend on introducing any other grains!  Where possible I will include substitute. I Hope you will continue to follow me and if not, then I’ll be sad to see you go. I originally started this as a way to improve my health and help others. I am a coeliac and yes I have ibd and other health issues. Chronic stress has been a huge part of my life for many years. When you stay in fight or flight mode it can only cause damage to your body and has thrown many allergies and sicknesses my way. I’m taking control again, sleeping better, eating earlier and trying to learn self love and not being so hard on myself. Let food be thy medicine , and let’s get rid of stress!
